Essential Eligibility Criteria for Wildslide Snow Tubing
For the safety of all participants, individuals must meet the following criteria to participate in snow tubing activities:

Physical Requirements
- Be able to remain seated and balanced in a snow tube without assistance.
- Be capable of independently entering and exiting the tube and tubing area.
- Be able to clear the tubing runout area quickly after each run to avoid collisions.
- Be able to grasp the tube tow handle and pull the tube along the ground.
- Be able to stand and have sufficient strength and coordination to manage conveyor lift and to walk uphill or have an alternative transportation method to get to the load of the conveyor.

Age and Weight Guidelines
- Participants must be at least 4 years old.
- Participants must weigh no more than 250 pounds per TubePro manufacturer’s requirement.

Cognitive and Sensory Requirements
- Be able to understand and follow verbal and/or visual instructions independently or with the assistance of a companion or other communication technologies.
- Possess sufficient awareness to recognize and respond to potential hazards, such as other tubers, obstacles, or changing surface conditions.
- For individuals with visual or audio impairments we recommend they have a companion.
- For children with learning disabilities, we recommend the assistance of a parent or companion.

Behavioral Expectations
- Demonstrate respectful, non-disruptive behavior at all times.
- Refrain from reckless actions, including horseplay, intentionally flipping, or jumping with the tube.
- Follow all posted rules and staff directions.

Medical Considerations
- For individuals with medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, past surgeries, back, neck or other musculoskeletal injuries or disorders) that may be aggravated by snow tubing, snow tubing is not recommended, and individuals should consult a physician before participating.
- It is not recommended that pregnant women participate in snow tubing.
- Must not be under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or other substances that impair judgment or coordination. If you are intoxicated, you may not participate in snow tubing.

Adaptive Support
- Participants who require reasonable accommodations (such as visual guidance or physical assistance) should notify staff in advance to determine if safe participation is possible with support.
- The facility will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), provided it does not pose an undue risk to the safety of the individual or others.
- No service animals or emotional support animals are allowed in the snow tubing venue.

Snow tubing is a dynamic activity with inherent risks. These criteria are intended to promote safety, dignity, and inclusion while ensuring that all participants can engage responsibly.
