Reaching WildSlide is a breeze, no matter where you’re coming from. Nestled along the scenic Mt. Rose Highway (NV-431), our tubing park is just a short drive from Reno, Lake Tahoe, and Carson City.

Whether you’re heading up for a day of winter fun or visiting from out of town, we’ve got simple, direct routes to get you here quickly. With free, close parking and easy access off the highway, you’ll be out of the car and onto the slopes in no time!

Mt. Rose does not offer a shuttle service.

reno downtown
  1. Take I-580 S/US-395 S toward Carson City.
  2. Take Exit 56 for Mt. Rose Highway (NV-431) toward Lake Tahoe.
  3. Follow Mt. Rose Highway west for about 16 miles.
  4. Look for Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe on your right—WildSlide is located here.

  1. Take NV-28 toward NV-431 (Mt. Rose Highway).
  2. Turn onto Mt. Rose Highway (NV-431) and head east.
  3. Drive 8 miles up the scenic mountain pass.
  4. WildSlide will be on your left at Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe.

  1. Take I-580 N/US-395 N toward Reno.
  2. Take Exit 56 for Mt. Rose Highway (NV-431) toward Lake Tahoe.
  3. Continue west on Mt. Rose Highway for 16 miles.
  4. Arrive at WildSlide, located at Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe.
